
In 1886, Cafferata Pasta Company was established in the historic Little Italy community of San Francisco. This company, started by Mr. Cafferata himself, quickly built a prestigious reputation for producing handcrafted, gourmet style pastas that used only the freshest and finest ingredients around. These roots created the foundation for our traditional, gourmet, flavorful raviolis that have been named in honor of the founder.
